This directory lists the documents official sources require for register filings. Libya's Ministry of Economy and Trade publishes lists for joint-stock companies, foreign branches, representative offices and agents ^1,2^3,5. Mauritania's investment agency APIM lists files for each business form ⁶. Morocco's OMPIC names the certificat négatif as the first document ⁸. Algeria's 2018 law set up a single electronic form ⁹. Fees are not shown where no official schedule could be opened.

Foreign documents for Libya are certified by the Libyan embassy in the parent's country and translated in Libya by a legal translator ^2,3.
The Libyan branch page writes the allocation as "(250.000 د.ل)" in figures and one hundred and fifty thousand Libyan dinars in words ³.
